We make every effort to provide you with high-quality trendy accessories.

  • We do not provide refunds unless the item is faulty.
  • Due to too hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty.
  • If your item(s) are faulty, you may return them within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in their original packaging.

A “Faulty Item” is defined by the following:

  • One that has a material error in its production
  • Design that makes it less acceptable, functional, or safe than would be reasonably expected given the conditions.

If it is the case, we would happily provide a courier collection and ship you a replacement at no charge.

Before shipment, each item is thoroughly inspected to guarantee there are no manufacturing flaws. However, there are situations when we may overlook something. If your item is faulty or does not match your order, please contact us at with the subject line: RETURN:#OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your purchase, along with a photo of the item and the reason for return.

Please allow us 1-5 working days to process your request.

6-month warranty on our Stainless Steel Items

  • Our stainless steel jewellery is hypoallergenic, waterproof, and tarnish resistant.
  • Please keep it free from chemicals such as cleaning detergents, perfumes, and hand sanitisers, among other things.
  • Should any of your jewellery lose its colour within 6 months of purchase, we will replace it or present you with a voucher code equal to the product’s worth.
  • Scratches, extenders, clasps, wear and tear, and any breakage is not covered by the warranty.

There are no refunds or returns for the colour of your jewellery altering due to Skin PH Balances.
