Your items will be delivered in 1-2 business days should your address be local, all nationwide addresses will be delivered 2-5 business days.

We ship all packages from Cape Town, South Africa.

Local & National Shipping Fee: R95

All OUTLYING AREAS will be shipped with Paxi 7 – 9 business day service

Handling

We make every effort to pack your order within 24 hours. Please allow 1-5 business days for your purchase to be processed to guarantee that all items are carefully wrapped.

We are not liable for any uncollected items owing to incorrect/incomplete addresses or failed delivery attempts once your purchase has shipped. We are not responsible for unplanned delays caused by inclement weather or customs processing processes.

Refunds will be made only after formal confirmation from the postal agency in the case of missing or lost packages. According to universal postal standards, the investigation might take up to two months to complete.
